Shoulder Warmup 1
Very simple routine which does the job.
- 20 Shoulder Passes with broomstick
- Idos Shoulder ROM and Stabilization routine
- 20 Pullovers on a bench with upper chest on a medicine ball with light weight and focus on Range of motion and flexing the upper back.
- 10 Bridge Ups
